Here is what we been working on this week. Customer wanted to remove single window from middle of wall and install 2 smaller windows on the side. You never know what your gonna find in these old houses, but we found no insulation or v***r barrier. You could see through shiplap. This is first phase. Master bedroom done except I need to terminate gas lines from base boards through out house. New windows, new flooring, retexturing of wall, add extra outlets. Now on to phase 2, living room. We spent most of the week leveling house so flooring will look better once it's laid. Stay tuned more to come.

Here is what we been doing this week. One of our property managers and best repeat customers has a house they want to put on market in Sherman. So we started in this remodel. Phase 1- Updating bathrooms plumbing, removed popcorn ceiling in entire house and removed all old carpet. Now we are waiting on foundation repair before we get back in there for Phase 2. Now we are on to our next remodel we are excited about with a new customer!!!

A little "Point" and "Tuck" work today. It's always difficult to match 20 year old aged mortar. But when this one dries it should be pretty close. Had to repair support post that caused these cracks first. Grinder and chisel out enough mortar to tuck in new mortar. I like to call this Texas Graffiti.

Here is a project we just finished up today. House was on market but home inspection flagged the deck that was built 25 years ago. Codes definitely different today. We went though and made sure ALL joist and beams were secured mechanically correctly. Replaced main corner post that shifted with larger 6x6 post. Add balusters to make sure none were more than 4" apart. Stained and shored up hand rails. Good to go! House is sold.

You looking for contractor who does not sub out his work but does it himself with his team? You looking for a contractor who isn't afraid to do the dirty work? Today we work worked on Gentlesol Ranch and Farm, relining beds and fixing and repairing whatever is needed. No Job to big. No Job to small!

This is a customers house in Frisco that we actually did alot more remodeling then what's in pictures. One of the many times I'm bad about taking pictures. We put new life proof flooring through out bottom floor and up the stairs. Fixed damage holes in bedroom for plumbing repairs and repainted entire room. Changed up style in master bathroom to the visin of customer. Painted kitchen cabinets and installed new closers and hard ware.

This was one of our repeat customers that asked us to put new siding and paint house.
