Guess what’s back?! Well, firstly me. 😉 We are back to baking and that little break was desperately needed and enjoyed. Thank you for all the encouraging messages you sent! 🥰 baking resumes today!
And secondly…..the red, white, and blue granola is back !! 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 my granola gets the patriotic treatment with freeze dried strawberries and blueberries, and coconut flakes! It’ll be at the farmers market this Saturday along with the 🔥Firecracker 🧨 Sourdough 🌶️ (San Fran sourdough gets swirled with spicy Chinese chili crisp, cheddar cheese, and scallions for an unforgettable combo). Come see us rain or shine at the Bellville Farmers Market 9-12!

Happy Wednesday everyone! I’ve got some important details so let’s dive in! 🍞

First of all, be sure to check out all retail spots for breads, pasta and more ! Visit www.karasbread.com and on my menu page is the list of all products available at which retail shop 🩷. Today for example, we delivered to our local bellville Stoodt’s Market, and at the lovely Pumpkin Seed Market! And Friday we deliver to columbus at .

Now, let’s chat 😊. Firstly the honesty: Moving homes while keeping a bakery running without slowing down, with two little kids is hard! I’ve decided to trim the schedule a bit and take some time enjoying summer activity with my kids this coming weekend while we finish the final transition of the bakery to the new house. Yep, you read that right. We’ve been living in one house, and baking in another!! But we finally can move the bakery next door from the red house to the blue house 😍. So I will be baking and delivering as usual through Friday and then I will NOT be at the bellville farmers market this Saturday. Then next week we will keep stores stocked with pasta, granola, and brioche, but regular full menu baking is paused from Saturday until Thursday. Get those orders in now! 🩷 I’m hoping this break will let me catch my breath, get the bakery moved, and give me some precious summer time with my little ones.
You’re all amazing! Thank you for your continued support with direct orders, visiting retail spots, and seeing us at the farmers market! You all mean so much to me!

Happy Monday, and happy Memorial Day 🇺🇸. I hope you enjoy this day of remembrance with family and friends as we honor our fallen heroes.

As a reminder, no baking today so no retail deliveries today! If you need sliced frozen bread (garlic bread, paninis!, brioche loaves (French toast!) , granola (parfaits!), or fresh sourdough pasta (pasta salad!), you’re welcome to message for pickup!
Here’s the rest of the week for deliveries :

Happy Wednesday! The week is already escaping me! I hope you’ve been enjoying the beautiful weather. Here’s what you need to know about this week!
🩷🩷🩷 I bake Monday through Saturday! I deliver to several retail places, but you can also pick up right at my house any day of the week in Bellville. I have extra bread every day as well as sliced frozen bread,l ready to stock your freezer, fresh sourdough, pasta, and granola.
🍞Bread retail:
- Stoodt’s (everyday of the week!) , plus granola
- Pumpkin Seed Market (Monday Wednesday Friday), bread , pasta and granola
- (Fridays) , bread , pasta, granola.
- you can also find my granola at .ohio (and try the avocado toast on my San Fran!), and the sourdough pasta at !

💜💜💜Saturday is the Bellville Farmers Market! Come see us from 9-12, rain or shine ☔️ ✨ the special flavor of the weekend is 🌀 THE TWISTED DILL SOURDOUGH 🌿 . A soft sandwich loaf with whole wheat and spelt, this is the grown up, gourmet version of a dill pickle loaf! Super savory from garlic and dill, and studded with capers (a pickled flower bud!) that are tangy and delicious, this loaf will make amazing sandwiches. Or try toasted and slathered with cream cheese!

ANNOUNCEMENT 📣: I am taking Monday off! Since sourdough is a 24 hour process, this makes taking days off a little bit tricky. It will mean no baking Monday OR Tuesday! We will be baking Saturday and Sunday this week and we will do a retail delivery to Stoodt’s on Sunday, and then no retail deliveries, Monday or Tuesday. Get those orders in now!

Rain rain….isnt going away! 😢 we are officially rained out at the market, especially with a bigger thunderstorm due to hit before noon! For our safety, and sanity, we have now packed up and headed home. BUT I HAVE SO MUCH BREAD!! 😱 help a baker out pretty please? 🤗
