Client stated the floor was soft in the utility room. Had the water heater and well tank removed as well as the linoleum. Previous water leaks rotted the subflooring 2 layers thick. Replaced with dryguard and ready for re-install of water heater and well tank. Good as new.

Clients also wanted the same framing, screening, and lattice as on the cottage, on the main house porch. No trimming to ...

Clients wanted the cottage to be protected from leaves and critters. I framed, screened, latticed, and trimmed it out for them. A few access doors were also installed in the lattice hidden by the trim.

Kitchen was already tiled but needed grout. MrJackNH completed this for them.

Original door needed to be replace. New door slab installed and used old hardware. Old hardware took a lot of chisel work to fit into new door but worked like a charm.
