We wrapped this hall bath remodel last week. Demoed the old tile, replaced the fixtures, installed new tile throughout, new vanity, doors, trim , and paint. The home owner decided to have the old tub refinished and I’ll get a pic of that once’s completed.

These homeowners decided to remodel their master bath on their own after the old shower pan seemed to have water underneath. After they demoed the old pan they realized it was more than they wanted to tackle. They haven’t had a shower in that bathroom is YEARS! Glad I could help!

We got this one knocked out finally! We had to deal with 2 winter storms and bronchitis but we did it! Full demo of old tub and shower, all the old flooring and backer board, we had to skim the ceiling due to some paint peeling, install new fans and lighting, plumbing for the new shower and tub, installed our schluter products throughout, made the shower curbless, painted the vanity, new top, new mirrors , new barn door, and paint…. Did I miss anything 🤔 oh and it was upstairs. Thankful for my patient clients!
