Dug, cut, and installed 8 Gentek vinyl egress windows and 3 small hopper windows. Wrap exterior to seal up outside then install window wells when they arrive. Can’t wait til things get back to normal and we can get materials in a timely fashion. Now time for drywall in this massive basement.

Here are pics of what we have done so far with the St John’s Catholic Church fire. Have removed the library floor and staircase where the fire started. Removed the men’s bathroom and utility closet. Built a temporary floor where the staircase was to help repair above. In the library the plaster got so hot in some areas, plus old age, it was coming off the limestone. We made a decision that it was unable to be repaired correctly and chiseled the rest of the walls back to limestone. We have started chiseling away damaged plaster in the rest of the church to be repaired. On to the next phase of rebuilding.

This was a satisfying update and knowing that the kids at St John’s Catholic Gradeschool will love it the most. Changed...

This was a satisfying update and knowing that the kids at St John’s Catholic Gradeschool will love it the most. Changed the ceiling tile to 2’x2’ added a lot more lighting, repaired and painted all walls and doors, added a large storage closet, new vinyl wood plank flooring, plus even changed the old homemade pipe stair railing that has been there since I was young.

Waconda Boats and Motors in Glen Elder was a great remodel. We moved walls, built a new office, 2 new bathrooms with one being ADA compliant, tearing down an office to make the boat showroom larger, getting rid of the dark paneling, lots of new drywall and texture, fresh coat of paint, and Novus vinyl glue down flooring. Beautiful update to a log cabin home. We installed new custom built cabinets from Crestwood Design with LED lighting above and under cabinets. Quartz counter tops from Creative Surfaces and beveled subway tile on backsplash. Tore up all the carpet, installed new subfloor, and laid glue down vinyl wood planking through out home. A kitchen remodel that turned into a lot bigger project including the front room and living room also. Installed new Pella windows, Novus glue down vinyl wood plank flooring, Crestwood Custom Cabinetry, Chiseled face large subway tile on backsplash and island back, Quartz tops, New custom steel entry doors, Oak and steel baluster railing, added LED Can lighting, Under cabinet LED lighting, and LED upper cabinet lighting. Finally remembering to post pics of this job. It was a full main floor remodel plus adding a laundry\ mud room into garage. Crestwood custom cabinets, Creative Surfaces Quartz counter tops, Novus vinyl planking, Duraceramic tile, 26 ft 3 ply LVL pocket beam so main center wall can be removed, Pella windows, Onyx shower systems and vanity tops.

Installed Superior aluminum columns and custom railing. Covered the bottom of the porch with Versetta stone to match the house. It really dressed up the front of the house.

Another beautiful Onyx shower installed. This one goes floor to ceiling with corner caddies, hooks, and grab bars.

Here is pics from the St Johns Catholic Grade School girls bathroom we did over the summer. Tore up 3 layers of old flooring and repaired the subfloor from water damage. Repaired all the plaster walls and ceiling, textured, and painted. Installed Novus wood plank flooring, solid composite bathroom stalls, Onyx sinks, tile backsplash, custom pantry cabinets for storage, and new fixtures. A major update from the old steel stall dividers.
