We were called out to investigate a reported leak on this commercial TPO roof. During the inspection, we found several possible water-entry points: a puncture in the membrane, wires penetrating the roofing system, and an opening in the exterior wall where the brick had broken away.

Any one of these could be contributing—or it could be a combination. That’s why a proper leak investigation means looking at the entire area and following the evidence instead of patching the first thing that catches your eye.

We don’t have to install your roof to help you maintain it.

During an annual roof inspection for this client, we found and removed a tree branch from the roof along with a few other minor items that needed attention. Nothing major—but addressing these issues early helped prevent them from developing into potential leak areas and more expensive repairs.

Even if PinnacleView did not install your roof, we can still add you to our Annual Preventative Maintenance Plan. Staying ahead of small problems is one of the best ways to protect your roof and extend its service life.

Custom gutter modification.

Not every project is a big job—but it can still be a big deal to the property owner.

The way this gutter was originally installed caused water runoff to erode the ground along the fence line, leaving it weak and unstable. This client needed a custom solution, and the PinnacleView team worked through the details and got them taken care of.

Not every damaged fence needs to be completely replaced.

I’m evaluating this fence for a rental property, and while some sections clearly need attention, I’m not convinced every side needs replacing. My job is to show the client exactly what I see, explain the options, and let them decide what makes the most sense for their property and budget.
