So thankful to be apart of this project in downtown Greenville!
CHS provided fiber cement siding that was stained through the paint machine with Kem-Aqua stain tinted to the color Teak. We also provided the exterior trim package as well.

How awesome is this distressed finish on some Eastern White Pine?! We have a new paint method that can be done through our prefinish paint machine to give a raw wood board a distressed and worn look! Super excited to see this installed!

This home turned out absolutely beautiful. CHS did a special formula on these Nichiha Sierra Premium Shakes. The distinction that shows in the shakes is amazing.

This custom home turned out absolutely gorgeous in the downtown Clemson area on Lake Hartwell! CHS provided prefinished siding, windows, doors, trim & hardwood floors. We will post more pictures of the inside very soon!
