Caffes-Steele's projects encompass renovations, new construction, institutional and government facilities. Caffes-Steele is celebrating 35 years of business in 2017.

Located at the threshold of one of the busiest Metro Stations in the Washington, DC Area, BLVD Haley is an L-shaped, 425-unit residential complex in the Reston Row district of Reston, VA. The luxury high-rise spans 500,000 Sq Ft and consists of a 28-story North/South tower and a 16-story East/West tower. Caffes-Steele furnished and installed all of the Window Wall & Terrace Doors in units, Curtainwall and Entrances at Amenity spaces, and Metal Panel Slab Covers between Window Walls. BLVD Haley at Reston Row is the most recent addition to the bustling Reston Station development.

The Pinnacle at North Bethesda is a LEED certified 17 story Senior Living community located in the Pike District of North Bethesda with 191 living units and over 15,000 square feet of street level retail. Caffes-Steele furnished and installed all of the windows and terrace doors in units, automatic sliding entrances, storefronts and curtainwall at retail and amenity spaces, and bi folding sliding doors. The building is slated to open to residents in Summer 2026.
