Give health on Giving Tuesday.

is just ONE WEEK away 😍

This year, like last year, we are raising money to support medical costs for the homeless animals we SAYv (“save”). 🐶🐱

Medical costs are our NUMBER ONE cost.

Why are we showing photos of people when the fundraiser is strictly for animals?

We wanted to highlight the SAYv management team that makes the magic happen behind the scenes, because without this team, nothing would happen.

We also wanted to celebrate that we reached 1,000 ANIMALS SAYvd.

This is such a meaningful achievement for us. As you can see, we have an extremely small team of VOLUNTEERS working behind the scenes. That means that none of us are paid.

All of us:

🐾 have families and friends - Danielle and Melisa both had babies within the last five months, and Jackie and Megan are expecting within the next three months. Otherwise everyone has a family or other children at home, significant others, friends, etc.

🐾 pets, pets and more pets - Of courseeee we all have our own creatures at home.

🐾 a full time gig - Whether it be working full time as a manager or being CEO of the household, we all have full-time responsibilities.

🐾 a rotating zoo of foster animals - On top of our own pets, we all have rotating foster animals at home, whether it be intentionally or because another foster said they couldn’t help any longer and an animal had no where to go.

🐾 a passion for animals - Nobody would get into the rescue world for the heck of it. It’s stressful, demanding, heartbreaking, rewarding, and more. “Must love animals” is an understatement.

🐾 lives - We all have hobbies, personal issues, classes, goals, etc. You get the picture!

SAYv launched rescue operations in July of 2021, which means that over 400 animals have been SAYvd per year over the last 2.5 years.

Aside from sheer will, a high pain tolerance, and overwhelming compassion, this team SAYvs lives thanks to other volunteers we have on our team, foster homes and DONORS like you.

We couldn’t help animals without donations. That’s a fact.

We just wanted to remind you that every single time you donate, you’re supporting homeless animals AND all of the people that dedicate sometimes over 40 hours a week, for free, to helping homeless cats and dogs.

Our goal for Giving Tuesday is $5,000.

So far we’ve raised $1,473, so $3,527 to go in ONE WEEK.
