After just under a year of work, the tiny home is finally finished! This is our final walk through, going over the details of the project.

We started with an unfinished 16x40 Old Hickory utility building with house wrap and tar paper. It was our personal project to get this finished out, and as a note, we do not sell finished tiny homes.

We've had a lot of satisfied customers who have turned our buildings into cabins and homes. If you want your own unfinished 16x40 or double wide 24x40, you can stop by Heartland Building Sales Tuesday through Saturday, 10-5.

Time still remains to take advantage of our 15% discount! This discount lasts until May 24th for all on-lot and shop-built buildings. We are the largest Old Hickory dealer in northern MN, and we are just West of Bemidji on Highway 2, just past the theater and Sam's Auto Body.

Delivery and setup is free within 30 miles. Our lead times are 1-3 weeks for on-lots, and 3-6 for shop built. We are at the office Tuesday through Saturday, 10-5.

Our sales lot finally had a greenhouse delivered! If you're in the Bemidji Area, feel free to stop on by and take a look. This is our display model, and if you want to order one yourself it will take about 4-8 weeks.

The counter top, upper cabinets and microwave have been installed. We're really in the home stretch of getting this building fully finished!

It's been about a month, and now the paneling has been fully installed inside the building. Stay tuned for when we get the plumbing and flooring installed.
