Job Description – Project Manager
As a Millwork Project Manager/Engineer you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from the design phase through production. You will determine the client's requirements by reviewing the architectural drawings/specifications and implement them into lean manufacturing production drawings using Cabinet Vision & AutoCAD. To do this you will need to work closely with internal staff as well as architects, vendors and field associates to see the design concept become reality. You will work in a dynamic environment as a result of fluctuating workload, changing requirements, and tight deadlines. The nature of the work environment requires some flexibility and willingness to work extra hours as needed to meet production deadlines.
Position Requirements:
• Strong work ethics: Must be self-motivated and enjoy a fast paced environment
• Strong Communication skills: Ability to be professional and get your point across clearly
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings/blueprints
• Meet deadlines with detailed orientation while multitasking and being able to handle multiple projects.
• Knowledge of cabinet/countertop manufacturing is preferred
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/ Cabinet Vision is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 to $24.00 /hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
Each applicant must be willing to work hard and work in a team environment in a cabinet/millwork manufacturing facility for the construction of countertops, cabinetry and various millwork items. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
Operation of hand and power tools as needed.
Lifting, carrying and stacking components of finished products as needed.
Ability to give and receive instructions
Self-sufficient, punctual and dependable
Experience/Qualifications:
Experience in cabinetry, carpentry and/construction is preferred.
Must be able to read and interpret work instructions and shop drawings/specifications.
