Tristen (my apprentice) did his first outdoor unit today! He did a great job. Just like I would do it aesthetic wise. There were no leaks. Turned out perfect! I didnt get nervous, didn't even think about looking over his shoulder, or doubt him for 1 second. He's a stud and im so proud!

Super clean. Friend of the family. Their electric bill for the old ac was through the roof. There was gaps all around the indoor coil so the air wasn't transferring the heat and removing the humidity like it was supposed to. Spent some extra time there and got my man fixed up right. Now they will be cool this summer!

Awesome 12.5 ton HVAC system for my friend Rick Barzen new endeavor. Monster 20 inch spiral to start reduced it down to 14 inch with 3 take offs. Turned out Awesome. They will be well conditioned!

Did some mini-splits for children, youth, and family services north side office. Saved my client about 9,000 dollars doing it my way with the high wall mount units vs doing the ceiling mount units.

I let the units run overnight to see how effective they would be. The property manager called me the following morning seeing if I was coming back down because they were down there sweating!

Tuned out super clean.

No heat. No problem. I don't need the money. Its about helping people in need.

Installed a heat pump in Zelienople 6 years ago. The lady said the unit is perfect. Until this morning.

She got duped into a service contract for twice a year service to come out and check things by a local company 5 min from her house. I say getting duped cause they were just out there a few days ago to check things. The only thing to check is electric, refrigerant, and the filter. Gave her a clean bill of health.

Now, the unit is down. Its 5am on the coldest day of the year. She first called them. They said call the installer. Armstrong who has all the commercials saying 24 hour service said to call the installer.

Its all a joke. I keep telling everyone and putting these posts up. Don't fall for the bs sales pitches. You don't need to sell hvac services. They sell themselves if you have integrity.

I get a ton of calls every week for things I didn't install. It's called caring. It's a very basic human emotion that many people lack anymore. Very sad.

Looks like we are headed to Zelienople! I don't need a miracle since things are all closed. I do need to catch a break though. 🙏
