Another Hiatus ADU Complete! 🔑

This client project, which features two Hiatus at Home ADUs, is officially wrapping up this week!

This lot offered a unique challenge with its site plan but allowed us to create a Detached Triplex, adding a 600 SF unit and an 800 SF unit in addition to the existing home. Just blocks from the downtown corridor, this property is now primed for incredible rental income!
