Bathroom #3, a 1/2 bath, completed! Before and afters 🥳

We removed all existing fixtures, patched and sanded walls down with 120 grit. A fresh paint job with SW Cashmere paint. New exhaust fan, vanity, toilet, mirror and accessories.

Bathroom #2 completed! Before and afters. 🥳

Similar to the previous bathroom, our client wanted to keep the floor tile and opted to have the existing tub reglazed. Shout out to Perma Ceram of Albany for doing such a wonderful job with the regalze.

We removed the shower soffit enclosure, prepped all surfaces appropriately, installed new subway tile, new vanities and accessories, new toilet and fresh Cashmere paint from Sherwin Williams.

Before and Afters 🥳

This client wanted to keep the existing floor tile and tub fixture. We agreed that arranging to have the tub regalzed was the best option for him.

Our client opted to replace the glue up tub surround with a classic 4x4 tile grid. We also installed a new vanity, toilet, cabinet above toilet, mirror and bathroom accessories, fan/ light and vanity light.

All visable ceiling and wall imperfections repaired with drywall compound and a complete resurfacing of the entire room with a random orbital sander, 120 and 220 grits as required. Coated entire room with bullseye 123 primer before finishing with SW cashmere and proclassic paints, ceiling, walls and trim respectively.
