Understanding the different aspects of construction no matter what is matters greatly, extremely important. Every aspect is significant no matter how small the details. Here screws longer then needed were used and actually pierced the outer casing of the electrical wiring. Fortunately, this and more was found and was able to be addressed.

Moister can attack any area of the home. When it gets to outlets, switches, etc. things are hidden and can happen without you realizing until it’s too late. Here is a good example of why it is so important for ventilation for not only the attic and crawl spaces; but bathrooms and laundry rooms as well.

There was a past issue of a burst pipe. Poor insulation and just a complete lack and understanding of what it is we are doing. As with every project pipes get insulated, they will get strapped in place instead of just swinging in the wall. Eventually the walls will be insulated as well.

You can have the best heavy gauge metal to carry the load. Use the wrong fasteners and you just may cause structural failure and do a lot of damage and much worse. Here regular framing nails were used and they are rusting out. You can also see things are taking place with the hanger. Joist, truss, headers, etc., cutting corners can cause families and those that are living in the home or structure more problems than were ever thought of. Fortunately, this is one problem resolved.
