Getting the start on the framing repairs. Trusses that are structurally designed for 24" on center need to be installed according to the specifications. Seems we felt it was just fine to do whatever. The vent line was never secured and has caused the vent line boot to not do it's job with all the movement. Will be getting that taken care of very soon, for now just blocking things to keep the weather from coming in.

Clearing out the attic area from some uninvited guests. Seeing this just asked, “why would you do this?!” There is not enough end on the main duct run and the branches are right next to each other. It will get taken care of with some additional improvements.

Will be working up in the attic area and seeing this, why would anyone decide to run the plumbing vent line right there?! Doing this has weekend the roof section for this area, you can see the plywood and OSB separated and pushing down. No plywood clips?! Seriously?! Why did we decide to make such a large hole?! No worries will be all taken care of!
