I installed these today. Too cool not to post. This is a great way to spice up those boring dark and dangerous stairs! Sorry for the strobe effect the camera is trying to sink up with the refresh rate of the led.

Bidet toilets are the new eco friendly alternative. European fashion is taking hold in the USA. These units require a larger water inlet as the are high pressure. They also need power. They use less than a gallon of water per flush and require no toilet paper. This unit has hidden fl**ge bolts so it's easier to clean. It also has automatic open and flush features as well as a heated seat.

When you don't prep your wall before hanging wallpaper the next guy has to destroy your drywall to get it off. There aren't too many of us left who know how to fix this. Luckily for my client I was able to salvage his walls so he didn't need all new drywall like the other two contractors told him. He wound up saving several thousand dollars.

Replaced the old, weather damaged decking a railing with new Fibron decking and Trex Transend Railing system. Also widened the stairs. Not a lot of fun during two heat waves but the results speak for themselves and the best part is zero maintenance!
