Well it's a wrap on the IDI road show in Key West. Here are some pictures along with comments on them to explain what you are looking at. This was a reminder that "there is no such thing as a small job". I went to my daughter and son in laws new place in Florida to install a new front door. That was the project. When the door was removed we could see that the door had been leaking and had caused severe damage to the subfloor. The pictures tell the rest of the story.
