Celebrating 25 Years of Dedication

This month, we proudly celebrate Sandee Tiller’s 25th anniversary with DSC Architects! Since joining the firm in April 2000, Sandee has been a steady and reliable presence —keeping everything running smoothly and serving as the backbone of our daily operations.

Sandee provides consistent administrative support to both our executive team and design staff. Over the years, she has proactively managed all aspects of the firm’s licensure, accounts receivable and payable, billing, professional liability insurance, and HR documentation. Her role also extends to project-related functions, including online document management, planning commission submittals, applications, and permitting. In addition, Sandee serves as a Notary Public for the State of Ohio, further supporting our firm and clients.

With confidence and a warm smile, Sandee excels at building strong relationships wherever she goes—making clients, colleagues, and governing officials feel recognized and appreciated. Her dedication, results-oriented approach, and flair for thoughtful, effective solutions have made her an integral part of DSC Architects’ success over the past 25 years.

With extensive experience across office, industrial, and healthcare sectors, he has guided multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction — always with a focus on design integrity, efficiency, and delivering real value to clients.
Jeff’s expertise in design/build and fast-track delivery has helped clients navigate complex challenges with confidence. His collaborative approach and practical insight have earned the trust of colleagues and partners alike.
A Registered Architect in Ohio and multiple additional states, NCARB Certified, LEED Accredited Professional, and proud graduate of Kent State University, Jeff continues to shape both projects and people through mentorship and leadership.

January 2024: DSC Architects Announces New Partner

DSC Architects is pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Palumbo to partner of the firm. Brian is an alumnus of Kent State University. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture in 1998 and joined our firm later that same year. Brian became a licensed Architect in the state of Ohio in 2009 and holds National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) certification.
With 25 years of experience in the industry in multiple aspects of design, Brian has a strong background in commercial design. He has been an active contributor to the growth of our office and has helped deliver many successful projects with a high level of excellence from both a design and documentation perspective. Brian’s thoughtful approach to projects allows him to give strategic guidance that is well thought out with innovation, insight and practicality.
We are very excited that Brian will continue to contribute to the success of DSC Architects as a partner.
