This was a project I finished before the cold weather came. We did all new pvc fascia,with vinyl vented soffits,new pvc freeze boards and new 6” k style gutters with 3x4 downspouts. It really updated the look of the home but then we tore off all that old wooden lattice and band boards and went in with some new bracing and pvc band/trim boards and vinyl lattice and did away with the doggie ladder and new pvc outside corners. Replaced some bad deck boards and prepped and painted it. Last but not least we installed a nice entry door with side lights and a beautiful fypon surrounding. Really updated the look of this home!!! has been a true work in progress trying to repair and complete what another "company" in this line of work messed up, completely and utterly ripping off some really great & kind hearted home owners. As much as I hate that this ever happened to them, it happens to hundreds of thousands of others daily and that's exactly the reason Iron Crest Home Solutions was founded. I wanted to ensure this sort of thing had at the very least an exponential decrease in common occurrence. I wanted to restore true customer care and mindsets. Bring back providing service at an honest price while backing it with true workmanship that leaves customers beyond satisfied each and every time.

So with one so far we have completed the first part of the contract (photos coming shortly) and now these incredible clients have added quiet a few more projects to the I.C.H.S books. One causality became an unfortunate but very fortunate client/business relationship.

Honestly it’s the best of both worlds and having her and our daughters are 3 always wanting to help and learn makes it’s all that much better.
