Back at it today fixing some 3", 2", and 1 1/2" gas mains so far 35 leaks!?!! Disaster waiting to happen. Thanks to Viega LLC and RIDGID Tools we're getting this one done. I couldn't imagine having to thread and put this mile long maze of pipes together up above 12' ceilings.

Before, during, and after pictures of our job we did replacing a cast iron peerless boiler for a wall hung high efficiency Viessmann. We built the board off site to minimize the down time of the heating system. Jarren Frade Electrician for reworking the little bit of wiring and adding an outlet for us, while we worked on the rest of it. Thanks to .spirotherm and we didn't even need a hose to get this 4 zone system to get the air out of the system!!. From when we first turned the system on it took fifteen seconds to get the majority of air out of the system and as we turned on and programmed the circulator pumps we got more and more out. We got the low down on the new alpha 15-58 pumps. And the Viessmann we set our heating curve to maximize the entire systems capability of energy efficiency. I wish Massachusetts would bring back rebates for these because honestly when installed right, this kind of a system will have huge savings in the long run. If you're looking to get a new boiler like this to replace your old inefficient one let us know!

New tankless for a customer out in This clean install replaced a power vent tank style water heater that's seen better days. Opted to go with this because these will list a bit longer than tank style and you don't have to constantly keep water hot within the tank.

Check out the new kitchen sink that was retrofitted for the old cabinets the homeowners decided to keep. We came in and was able to get them their new kitchen sink and dishwasher tied in and working just in time for Thanksgiving! 🦃 Gobble gobble MP & Son Construction
