"From my first encounter with Tom at East Coast Shed, I could see real differences from other shed companies. There are many places to purchase prefabricated sheds built to very basic construction and material standards targeted at those will simple backyard storage needs on a budget. East Coast specializes in building structures made to last and tailored to the individual buyer.
With an excellent collection of sample buildings to walk through I was able to see great workmanship and nice design ideas. Tom worked through a well organized list of features, specifications, material choices and options to develop exactly what I wanted. The process was easy and comprehensive.
When I made a deposit, Tom immediately reviewed scheduling and gave me a two-day construction schedule for 4 weeks later. During this time, Tom helped immensely with the building permit and double-checking every specification to be sure my building would be right the first time. Then, he did the most amazing thing. He and his crew showed up on the exact dates he initially specified. In today’s world, I’ve come to expect delays. There were none. Every single encounter was perfect and every promise made was delivered upon.
I took the two day construction period off to watch the entire construction process. It was amazing to see the crew in action. Everyone was so well synchronized and skilled at every step of the construction. What an impressive crew! One of the best parts was hearing each of the guys say they were really happy working for Tom and his dad. The word team is overused in business today but in this case teamwork was happening at the highest level.
Every step of the way, I encountered a level of skill and professionalism which is fairly elusive in today’s world. If you are looking for a beautiful new structure in your yard and a great experience making it happen, look no further than East Coast Shed."
