My drain is slow.Can you fix it? YES we can. Got rid of the s trap and the second back pitched p trap, then ran the snake to clear any debris. Reinstalled the new tubular trap the way it was supposed to go in and now it flows like it should.

The difference between the finished product and the rough open bathroom. Just needs some glass and it's done.

Another fantastic job completed by DMC , Sky electric and myself. We removed all copper pipe in this home since it was consistently getting pin holes throughout the system due to use of thin wall copper when built and certain minerals that deteriorated the copper. We also increased the drain pipe size to the washer drain that updated it to the new code. Let's get on to the next one.

Had to remove this 100 year old concrete wash tub. Installed a new plastic one to save space. They also received water new lines and new PVC drain lines. Everything that was removed was close to 100 years old. Brass water pipe and galvanized waste lines.

This kitchen sink fell due to lack of support. Someone thought adding more silicone would do the trick. We disconnected it and cleaned it for a better installation that will last as long as the kitchen. Picture doesn't do it complete justice on how bad this was. Water was flowing under the cabinet and ruined the base of the cabinet. Now it is sealed and mounted with no further issues. On to the next one.
