Deck I redone off of Mount Weather road. Removed a flight of stairs from the side that were in front of basement door. Replaced all the rotten decking boards. Put in concrete footers underneath the support posts. Put in a lot of new blocking and braces. Stained everything a chocolate color. And put up some new handrails on a treehouse in the woods.

Put new plywood and trim boards under this bay window, the old was rotted out. Caulked it up and give it a couple coats of paint, got it looking brand new again. Then replaced a storm door on the front, the old one was wore out and missing the closing piston arm. Turned out really nice.

Fixed this crawl space up nice for a historical home in Berryville. Cleaned out probably 1,000 pounds of glass bottles and debris from underneath. Bleached the oak beams to kill the mold and mildew. Put down 6 mil plastic and bordered it with rock. Used to 20 ton bottle jacks and raised one low end next to a chimney 4 inches and put 3 girder beams bolted to 6x6’s under it. Jacked everything about an inch higher than needed and when I rested it on the masonry blocks everything come out perfectly level. Customer was extremely happy with the work and told me she got 3 estimates for this work and by finding me she saved thousands of dollars. Sounds like I got another life long client.

Some work I did at my brother in laws place. Built two storage closets, put cabinets and tv in between them. Opened up a hole in the kitchen to see in the living room, installed a water line for the fridge and put cabinet above it. Built a table on back porch that can flip up and latch to the wall. And put accent trim on wall behind master toilet.
