*Not a tree*
Larsen’s Ironweed (Vernonia larseniae)
This is a species we are excited to have available. After seeing these in bloom, I had to get seed and those seeds have worked their way up to 1Gallons with a few already blooming in the pots!
We have about 20 available for $12/ea.
I (James) do not yet have personal experience growing these in the ground, but expect them to require good drainage and full sun.

Updated but incomplete availability. See last two pictures for perennials and come see us today (Saturday the 26th) from 9:00-2:00!

09/25/2026

Reminder: We will be OPEN tomorrow and Saturday (Sept 25-26th, 9:00-2:00), no appointment needed!
I (James) have not had a chance to update availability so I’m giving you all some random pictures from the nursery. (Recent lists are fairly accurate as well)
If you are looking for anything specific, just reach out!

Need small sized trees and shrubs near San Antonio? Pollinatives has them!

09/07/2026

This year we grew over 20,000 liners/forestry saplings for restoration projects and are planning to grow even more in 2027.

If you are in the nursery trade or doing restoration plantings, we’d love to chat. We grow these from local genetics by contract and can grow the best with good notice.
Seed collection for next year’s trees starts now.
500 tree minimum with exceptions.
(We can also grow 1Gallon trees in quantity with sufficient notice and lower minimums.)
