This was a great project to kick off the 2025 season. The homeowner was tired of the failing “boulder wall” and the constant erosion issues so they wanted a block retaining wall installed. We went with a product that is fairly new to gagneandson and it was a great fit for this site. It’s a rosettahardscapes product called grand ledge and it gives you the big block sturdiness and engineering but with a more natural stone look that can suit both commercial and residential installs. It was super easy to install and made for a really fun project all around. ’s instant lawns wrapped up the project by making it green and it’s on the next one!

This is phase one of a project we finished a month ago on sunrise lake. We tore down the failing rock wall and replaced with a Techo-Bloc 6” mini Creta wall in shale gray with a coal colored cap all supplied by Tri City Masonry. The customer wanted a curved staircase so it didn’t feel like a hallway and it was definitely worth the extra work to make that happen.

The longest continuous wall we have built to date is complete. This was a Genest Concrete diamond wall in a granite blend that gained two homeowners some more yard space and created a more finished look for their property. A small shed pad and some erosion mulch and it’s off to the next one.

Spent a week on silver lake in shapleigh installing an array of Techo-Bloc materials on two properties. The patio is blu 60 smooth in greyed nickel in a permeable install. We then worked our way out installing a total of 56 maya slabs to create pathways and 19 maya steps to help transition between elevations. A combination of 3/4” and 2-3” river rock from Curtis Sand & Gravel LLC help create a stable slope for the water to travel down and prevent erosion. A nice blend of materials to wrap up this outdoor space.
