Great review from Jerry... "I found Joe Pruitt to be a very sincere and helpful person. I called Pruitt to ask about hybrid water heater brand comparisons, not to contract any services from him. So there was no money in it for him. But he spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me discussing different brands, where I could go to get the best deal on the water heater, and so on. With his obvious interest in customer service which he demonstrated to me, even when I told him I wasn't going to spend any money with him, I would recommend his company to anyone."

Some equipment gets replaced too early.

This wasn't one of them. 😆

Our customer rode this heater all the way to the end, and it finally waved the white flag.

After years of service, it was time for a replacement.

Out with the old. In with the reliable.

Who else has something at home they're trying to squeeze one more year out of?

Great review from Cheryl... "Very prompt service! We needed the dryer venting replaced, upgrading to the solid metal pipe from the old flexible hose. I left a message after business hours on Monday, got a response back that they would contact me. The next morning I got an email before 7am. Joseph came that same afternoon to give me an estimate. The next day they came to do the job. I'm very impressed with their efficiency. Everyone we dealt with were friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend Pruitt Mechanical Services. So glad I called them."
