I was reminded of a ship that engine broke, the ship owner had mechanic after mechanic tell the owner they could not find what was wrong. One suggested an old, retired mechanic to the ship owner. The retired mechanic showed agreed to take a look at it.
He looked and looked at the engine. The retired mechanic took a hammer out of his bag and tapped the engine several times. Then asked the owner to start the engine. To everyone's surprise it fired right up. The owner told the retired mechanic to send him the bill.
The owner got a bill for $10,000.00 dollars for fixing the engine a few days later. He was confused and asked the retired mechanic. to itemize the bill. The mechanic sent over an itemized bill stating the. Tapping of the engine with hammer was $50.00. Knowing where to tape the hammer was $9,950.00.
Sometimes we see what people do and not understand all the knowledge, and experience they provide.

March 6, 2023 marks the beginning of the expansion of the monopoly of licensed Architects, to begin removing exempt areas of practice from none license professional building and home designers!!
What you going to do home builders when they come for you?? Who you going to wait and call when you are the last exemption on their list??
HB 1793 passed the house floor with no objections!! State sponcered monopoly!
