We are currently looking for an office administrator with a background in construction to work for a pool construction/home heating oil delivery company.

Job Summary:

Manage day-to-day responsibilities of a busy office.
Must be able to work independently.
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE.
Drafting and Revising Project Contracts
Processing Customer Orders and Payments
Keeping track of change orders and maintaining a change order log.
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
LOOKING TO HIRE ASAP
Answering Phone calls and taking orders
Customer service
