Happy trick or treat!! This client of ours wanted to make sure that her railing and sidewalk were up to par for all the trick or treaters tonight! We installed a custum white powder coated metal railing and grinded down the high spots on her sidewalk leading up to her front door. Now the kids can walk up safely to get their candy with a small note about the good news of Jesus. We made time to fit it in as we understood the importance of her project!!

What a perfect fall day to work outside with the backdrop of the beautiful blue mountain! Here we replaced an old rotting out door on a post frame building. A lot of post frame builders will typically install cheaper doors which look nice for a while but then the cheap finger jointed pine will start to absorb water and swell up leading to them falling apart. So if you have one of the thousands of post frame buildings that are out there, give us a call.

Taking advantage of the warmer days that are left to do an important roof painting job! Some of these old metal roofs had been installed over one hundred years ago. I have seen some that were so neglected I could tear the metal as if it were paper!Keeping them protected with the proper paint is key!!

Today I had the chance to help out a Vietnam vet. It started with him giving me a call explaining that he had an old shed with a bad roof. He just needed someone to help install some rolled rubber that he already purchased. He explained how getting roofers to return his phone call wasn't going well and the ones that did come out ended up ghosting him. I was happy to give him a hand!

Here we remodeled an old front porch using iron grey PVC tongue and groove porch boards. For the railing we also upgraded using white PVC. To complete the project we used white PVC privacy lattice to enhance the overall look!!

Here we repaired two chimney crowns and installed two chimney caps. The crowns act as the roof for your chimney and just like a roof it should have a slope for the water to run off !

Here we replaced an old leaking worn out door with a new full glass fiberglass door! But first we had to replace the existing subfloor that had very extensive wood rot!

While working on a job a passer-by pulled over and asked if I could help find a leak on his sons house.I must say it didn't take long to find the leak. The rige cap shingles had blown off! While I was on his roof I trimmed the over hanging branches that were on his roof.

It's hard to say no to a great client that supported you over the years when keeping up with his property became a burden. It was a beautiful day to cut acres of over grown grass!
