Mocha Cheesecake!

Ingredients:
Oreo Crust:
28 Oreo cookies
1/3 cup (76g) unsalted butter

Cheesecake:
5 ounces (142g) semi sweet chocolate
1 cup (237ml) whipping cream
2 teaspoons (6g) instant coffee powder
24 ounces (680g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, room temperature
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
1 Tbsp (20g) vanilla paste
1 tablespoon (8g)cornstarch
4 large eggs, room temperature

I’ve made lava cakes hundreds of times and it comes out great every time…Sometimes you just have to laugh when you bake something and it doesn’t turn out the way you wanted…oh well at least it tastes good…onto the next one 🤣🤣🙃🤣🤣
