We recently finished this beautiful outdoor kitchen for some wonderful folks in the Foxland harbor neighborhood. One of the many, many projects that we’ve had going on this extremely busy winter and early spring.

This well functioning beauty is a simple, yet clean design! This lakeside outdoor kitchen offers plenty of options to cook for those large gathering on these beautiful summer evenings. This kitchen includes a mini fridge, dual side burner, 36” Blackstone griddle, warming drawer directly under the Blackstone, full stainless farmhouse style kitchen sink with warm water, double trashcan slide out and last but certainly not least, the large coyote pizza oven!! This kitchen was built for pure entertainment and more importantly…family fun!

A huge shout out goes out to Rusty and Shelly Barber with R&S Groundskeeping for their help in getting these fine appliances ordered for my customer. Always a pleasure to work with y’all.

And lastly and most importantly….thank you to my team, who helps me continue to produce these beautiful projects day in and day out!! I couldn’t do it all without y’all!

Super nice back porch extension that we were able to get wrapped up last week. The installation of our long awaited motorized screens allowed us to fully turn this beautiful addition over to them just in time for the Christmas holiday. And they already have it decorated so beautifully for the holidays.

This 18x46 beauty was built to match the front and side porches of their barndo build from a year ago, with the exception of our cedar accents with the rack and posts and I believe we nailed it. Check out how we ALWAYS nail our screen track placement with our stone, well before the screens ever go in, to where the screen slides down just between the stone bases, making for an even more custom detail. This porch addition now looks as if it’s always been there from the start of their original build. This awesome area will now give these fine folks a place to relax, grill and entertain with the best of them.

Check out this super nice back patio addition that we were able to put the finishing touches on before the weekend. These fine folks already had a large aggregate concrete patio area outback but wanted something more to make better use of their space. So we provided that with this beautiful, 40ft long, back porch extension. Featuring a wood burning fireplace, timber frame posts and rack, these folks now have a nice retreat to hang out under for nice relaxing mornings and evenings.

We were able to put the wraps on this beautiful timber frame pool pavilion two weeks ago but got back out today, after the 4th festivities and vacation, to take some finished pics of this stunning beauty!

We were tasked to demo the old, wore out pergola that had stood for close to 20 years and replaced it with the beautiful structure that you see here today. The kicker…keep the fireplace but extend it up tall enough to get up past our main ridge beam of the new structure. No problem, we were able to take care of that but had to be very precise because this is a kit fireplace wood burner, so adding to it took a little more thought and work than building it from scratch to get it to work just perfectly…..which we were able to do. So now, you can’t even tell that it was added to after we tore of all of the existing stone and went back with all new🙌🏻

We were also tasked to build a two-sided bar with a fridge and two sitting wing walls tying into the hearth of the fireplace and rock those as well to match the fireplace.
Overall, this project came together beautifully and fits perfectly in this wonderful backyard, like it’s always been there. It’s the perfect compliment to their pool area and makes it much more enjoyable and usable now. Big thanks to my crew as always for coming through on another nice one. It was a great pleasure.

We were able to put the final finishing touches on this wonderful addition last week. The client wanted to make the most of their large usable space and I believe we delivered on that. The addition includes a large custom 20x26 conditioned sunroom, large custom western cedar screened in porch, small lawnmower garage and large Trex deck with custom built iron railing. The deck leads down to a fresh new concrete sidewalk that leads from the driveway all the way around for the stretch of the addition, tying into the small garage and screened in porch. Branching off of the long sidewalk is a pad for a future full masonry fire pit. Overall, this turned out to be a very nice project that we were able to provide for our clients. We achieved everything that they had asked for…usable space, no matter if they’re inside or out! Again, I think we delivered on that pretty good.

Hello, everyone! It’s been a while since we’ve posted any of our projects and that’s mainly been due to us being so busy and dealing with losing one of my most coveted and loved Men, in my Dad! It’s been a struggle and days are hard but he would want me to continue pushing on and continuing to provide our customers with the absolute best product out there. He playfully told me, when we started this project that I’m posting about, that I was crazy for taking this job because of all the logistics and difficulties that lied ahead of me. But nonetheless he supported me and believed in me like he always did, looked at me and said, “let’s do it”! He never got to see the finished product but I hope I made him proud on it. It turned out beautifully despite everything that we had to overcome to provide our customer with exactly what they wanted, plus some.

As you’ll see in the pictures below, we had our work cutout for us from the start. The terrain was basically at a 35 degree slope and we had to dig into this side of this yard in order to get our grade back level in order to place our footings for our concrete slab. Boy was this fun 😳 we hit several obstacles, including a huge 2ft thick slab of concrete that was perfectly in ground. It was also absolutely full of huge boulders, as we believe this was, at one time, a fill lot for when they built this neighborhood. So as we carried on, the idea and goal was to extend the existing porch with a golf cart garage and storage underneath the new and existing porch. This meant waterproofing the main subfloor for the new porch above so that the garage underneath stayed completely dry. Mission accomplished! We also worked alongside Watkins landscapes, per the customers request to install a new fiberglass glass pool and retaining wall, with it all overlooking the golf course. Overall, this project turned out beautifully. And what, at first, seemed almost crazy and impossible, turned out to be a very nice project that we’re extremely proud to bring to our client. With a ton of work and some crazy logistics, we made it happen and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

Introducing one of our latest pool pavilion builds. This beauty has a little bit of everything to offer to ensure it provides the ultimate outdoor entertainment experience. What started as wasted hillside behind the pool, now sits an entertainment paradise, complete with golf cart/SxS storage behind it. We couldn’t be anymore proud of how this one turned out. It truly came together beautifully and we couldn’t be happier with the end result! As always, none of this is possible without my amazing crew that helps me turn out these beauties.

Wow!! What an absolute beauty! 😍

Although not completely finished, this is just the start of what’s to come for this massive backyard oasis project we’ve got going on, that’s about to get fired up and transformed here soon. This was step one while we were waiting on stamped engineer drawings for the other projects on site. It will eventually have all new sod surrounding it along with all new large flagstone pavers, laid in a radius design out front of the fireplace itself for chairs to set on, making for an extremely cozy setup!

Once this entire back yard is complete, it will be one of the most amazing transformations you’ve ever seen! Can’t wait to dive into the meat of this project! Stay tuned, this one’s about to blow your mind!!!

So very thankful for repeat customers.

We were able to swap this custom built mahogany door out today for some awesome repeat, past customers of ours. We had to have a template made for this door, so that we wouldn’t disturb any of the existing rock on the home and so it would basically fall right back into place but yet have room for adjustments to open and close properly. I think we nailed it!? Although it’s not one our typical over the top timber frame structures, it’s still a beautiful addition to their home! Thankful that they trust us enough to have us back out to do this door project for them.
