rental home window replacement, block homes preexisting windows were mortar in odd sizes the owner provides ac units so the lay out i came up with to be able to keep windows functional and use the ac as well , while being able to get the windows with out waiting or special order,( in stock sizes) ,we installed and trimmed the inside out as well, blessed we all are ,

fascia replacement and some metal,note it was used metal the homeowner had nothing wrong with it I took the existing holes and centered the metal length off that had to cut it twice but it was worth it no rack metal just a storage shed and I was glad to help them out, even washed the metal panels off before we put them up

part 4 the last week's adventure man I sure enjoyed it anyhow the post was already set so I went with that layout and put together a pump house for my sister and mother nature's going to have to do a little more work next time custom designed by me two double doors on the front and treated material everything screwed along with shelving to accommodate for the water filter system

part 3,,,,,, screen repair the existing panels most were able to be repaired using the existing screen remove the 1x4 from around the screen perimeter fix the screen where needed repair the screen when needed while the 1 by 4 we're off the nails pulled sanded down and a coat of Thompson's water seal also both sides were sanded if you don't do that and keep a square edge it could cause the screen to tear just saying placing the 1x4s back use the 2-in trim nail galvanized and also use torx screws on a layout so they line up from point a to point b making sure that they won't twist and so on , bringing the porch back to its natural state

part 2 of last weeks adventure so to speak ,,, shelter repair along some screen and a new pump house so quick description shelter needed some attention on framing previous builder had a furing strip for the slat( thats a no no ) 2x6 single ply outside beam no corner bracing when the Storm come obviously it was able to get the best of it so I added a post in the center of the center beam (also picking it up to straighten it out concrete at the bottom)which was load bearing due to the sistering of the rafters also added 2by 4 blocking from bottom of beam to top of slat which is now 2 by 4 on every rafter,,,,! outside beam single ply 2x6 I added a simple corner bracing with blocking between the rafters,,,! also screwing off the sistering rafters cutting off the existing overhang to match all the way around and straightening up the rafters with layout ,,,!new metal afterwards, everything is using 3 in torque screws ,,

part 1 of last week's adventure ,,,,, last week was a little away from home but helping family was well worth it considering the circumstances involved but not a single one of us is perfect we all have weak moments and we all need prayers that being said it most always works out in the end of every situation the Lord sees all with him by your side no matter what side of the situation you're on he will guide you through it blessed we all are , pictures to be posted along with explanations in part 2 of last week's adventure

from the shower pan replacement along with the subfloor repair,while adding more room in the shower toilet area to adding additional lighting and a receptacle as well , saving cost by reusing the existing surround and shower door to creating a custom shower and also making accent walls in the adjacent master bedroom,btw one of the accent walls and removable panel to get to the shower plumbing with ease

tub base and subfloor repair, while in the process gained another foot by moving existing wall back during framing (well needed space) also added two more lights in shower area,they can dim as well, kept the old surround i cleaned it up and refinished it same for the old shower door, updated the look with a one of a kind design that can take all the beating u can give it with an easy clean up ,,,,,ole yea they ain't no water gonna make a mess again it sealed better than a banana pill...!!! blessed we all are

you'll probably thought we done quit ain't that much being posted on this page here lately but we're still going on got that after the first of the year blues and it's going away appreciate all the work I get from whoever it is right on getting it
