Connolly Brothers recently completed a full renovation and addition for The Lodge at Endicott College in Beverly, MA — one of the college's on-campus dining venues offering students a casual, retail-style dining and lounge experience.

The 3,947-square-foot renovation included the demolition of the existing kitchen, dining, and lounge areas to make way for a new, state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, serving line, and two restrooms. Upgrades were also made to the dining, lounge and mezzanine areas along with installation of a new HVAC system.

A 507 SF addition was constructed to accommodate additional storage space, walk-in freezer, walk-in cooler, a dedicated dish room and prep space for staff.

This was a true summer slammer — 3,947 SF of renovated space plus a 507 SF addition, completed on a compressed schedule to have The Lodge ready for students before the start of the 2026 fall semester.

On July 24, Connolly Brothers proudly joined the Boys & Girls Club of Lynn in celebrating the topping-off ceremony for the "Building to the Future" Phase II expansion — a major milestone marking the completion of the structural framework for this 37,500 SF addition. BGCL leadership and board members, city officials, project partners, donors, and some of the club’s young members, came together to watch the raising of the final structural beam, continuing a longstanding construction tradition.

The Connolly team is grateful to be a part of this incredible project that will serve the local community for generations to come.

Last month, the Connolly Brothers team enjoyed participating in the North Shore Chamber of Commerce, Inc.'s Annual Golf Tournament at Ipswich Country Club. It was a great opportunity to connect with fellow business and industry professionals while spending the day on a beautiful course under sunny skies.

As a long-time Chamber member, we appreciate the organization’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the local business community and fostering economic growth across the North Shore.
