Today I potted this Green Velvet Boxwood into its bonsai training pot. It has a great root base and really nice flow to the trunk structure. It's going to recover and grow out for the rest of this year. Next spring it will go up for sale. The purchaser of the tree will have the option of having us repot it in the pot of their choosing or take it in the training pot as is. The video of the tree trimming will be on our YouTube channel by the end of the week.

One of today's bonsai creations. This is an Icee Blue Juniper that did a massive foliage trim on and turned into a miniature bonsai. I will be putting it in a bigger pot and letting it bulk up for the rest of the year. Next year it will be potted up in a bonsai pot, re-trimmed and ready for purchase. This was my first Azalea. I shaped it, let it flower and then cut it way back. The last picture is the most current progression of this plant. I am build more lower growth for a more dense flower show next spring. This one may go up for sale next spring! Stay tuned if you are interested.
