Things you don’t see - operating a small business is challenging. Chris is out the door every morning prepared to take on scheduled maintenance, service calls and emergency work. His work isn’t done when he gets home. Hours are spent on estimates, part lists and returning calls.

Stay on top of the cold weather coming! It’s a great idea to turn your thermostat up 2 to 4 degrees above the normal setting and HOLD that temperature (do not use the programmable settings in this weather).

As always, it’s a great idea to always have annual maintenance on your system to help prevent any issues.

Also, temperatures like these are why we always recommend a second source of heat - most heat pumps will only operate to a certain temperature (check your manuals)!

A winter watchman is a great idea for all the snowbirds or anyone traveling during the winter. The simple light turns on to alert your neighbors of a no heat situation in your home while you’re away!
