We are looking for a Bookkeeper with experience in QUICKBOOKS.

Strong administrative skills are a plus to help keep the office running smoothly and support the building and remodeling process.

Possibility of flexible hours

Job Responsibilities:

Payroll, employment tax preparation and deposits

Responsible for benefits processing, enrollment and cancellation documents

Manage A/P, A/R, invoicing and reconciling bank statements

Enter Job Costing data and prepare Job Costing reports

Overall office management- phones, filing and forms management

Other Qualifications:

Must be trustworthy and able to handle highly confidential information

Ability to think logically and work both independently and as part of a team

Ability to adjust work procedures to meet production schedules

Proficient with computers – especially Microsoft Office 365, Outlook and QuickBooks Premier for Contractors

Ability to communicate with a variety of people via phone/email in a professional manner

Multi-tasking / Detail oriented / Motivated / Organized

Actively promote a team environment while working with clients, designers, sales associates, and carpenters

Requirements:

2 year college degree in business or previous related work experience

Previous experience as Bookkeeper preferred
