Small project, big impact. This laundry room is so much more functional with the addition of shelving for baskets and a countertop for folding and sorting laundry.
The little details make a difference too - the tall cabinet is now secured to the wall, and base trims the front of the cabinet. Even the shelf supports and countertop are stained to match the existing woodwork.

Kitchen Remodel - Fridley 2015
This kitchen was a standard 1950's cookie cutter kitchen. Simple tile work and minimal cabinets (creating a lack of storage problem).
The homeowner's were extremely involved in drawing up a new plan for the kitchen. All the cabinets were custom built with soft angles, a bank of drawers on the sink and oven range sides, and pantry with coffee station sandwiching the fridge.
The finishes were completed by the homeowners (tile backsplash and painting/finishing of cabinets).

Kitchen Remodel - Duluth 2010
Galley kitchens are often tight on space. With a little imagination and customization of cabinets (and countertops), even a galley kitchen feels open and welcoming.
The wood used for the new custom cabinets was locally milled in Cloquet, MN. Extensive cutting and sanding was necessary to create the face frames and cabinet doors. Simple formica countertops with wood edging and antique bronze hardware added the finishing touches to the space.
