I began my career in the tile trade in 1995 with a respected company in Cincinnati, starting as an apprentice finisher. By 2000, I had worked my way through the ranks and became an apprentice tile mechanic. When the company closed in 2007, I continued my career working for smaller companies, running projects while continuing to perfect my craft.

Tile and terrazzo work runs in my family, and I’m proud to carry on that tradition as a union-trained Tile and Terrazzo worker. I learned the meaning of hard work and true craftsmanship early in life while working weekends with my grandfather starting around the age of 12. He taught me the importance of doing the job right and taking pride in every detail.

My grandmother, who helped raise me, taught me the importance of communication, honesty, and always going the extra mile for people.

Those lessons still guide how I work today. Every project I take on is built on craftsmanship, integrity, and making sure my customers are truly satisfied.

Great review from Heather... "Chad is a true professional. Took on my small project and helped talk through my options for the space. We settled on regrouting the existing tile to make things look clean and fresh until I can remodel at a later date. Chad got on it right away and worked quickly and neatly for a very fair price. Everything came out very nice. One of the floor tiles popped up during the process and as a result, the grout didn’t set the same as the rest. They came back and reset the tile again so it would look consistent, because he stands by his work. Would definitely recommend and we will work together in the future I’m sure."
