Started a new one, had to pull the old lath and stucco off the wall to find who ever did it only used a single v***r bar...

Started a new one, had to pull the old lath and stucco off the wall to find who ever did it only used a single v***r barrier and never sealed the windows, got them caulked in and window wrapped now, just have to reinstall v***r barriers and wire lath tomorrow.
