A complete overhaul of this backyard.
-
•Scalped the existing grass.
•Took a couple inches of the previous dirt away
•Graded the base
•Brought in new topsoil
•Brought that to grade
•Installed the new sod

A quick video showing part of the last sod job we just wrapped up.
We removed two inches of old dirt.
Replaced with two inches of fresh nutrient rich topsoil.
Adjusted the ground grade.
Befofe finally setting starter and laying the sod.

Update on my Dad.
He was maintaining fairly well, until Saturday.
He became unresponsive and an ambulance had to be called.
They immediately began medication to bring down the toxins (mainly ammonia) in his system. He finally began to come around this morning. Still confused and sleepy but improving.

I want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers.
The doctors here are really pushing for a transplant, but most facilities will not accept him without insurance.
Continued prayers are much appreciated.

My dad has been my best friend over these past couple years.
Ontop of having been a mentor to this trade my entire life.

My work ethic and attention to detail are things inherited directly from him.
He's my first call anytime I have a question on just about anything.

Recently he's become extremely ill.
His liver and kidneys have began to shut down and we're not sure how long he could be in intensive care.
