We packed up the car, recruited one of our amazing customers, and took over her kitchen for the day.

The whole crew showed up, we cooked a lot, and we can't wait to show you what came out of it. We wouldn't be where we are without this community. Thank you for letting us be part of your kitchens, and for always showing up for ours.

Tonight from 5 to 8pm we're making it official! Fresh popovers, champagne, a ribbon cutting, and giveaways. The store you love just got a new name and we're throwing a party about it.

After nearly 6 years as Zest, we’re excited to introduce our new name: Popover Kitchen Supply. 🤍

While our name and look are changing, the heart of our business remains the same. We’re still the same locally owned kitchen store, with the same team, the same downtown location, and the same passion for helping people cook, gather, and connect in the kitchen.

We chose the name Popover because it reflects the kind of hospitality and community we want to create — the feeling of inviting someone to simply “pop on over.”

Thank you for supporting us through this transition and for being part of our story. We’re so excited for what’s ahead.
