Everything is rolling smooth! Garage doors are going in tomorrow, and the electrician is getting everything roughed in. This project is coming together quick!

Trusses went up last Friday, and we got everything wrapped up with the roof sheathing today! 💪

We’re also just about finished up with this deck project. It’s been a busy stretch, but it’s awesome seeing both of these projects coming together. Looking forward to putting the finishing touches on them and moving on to the next one!

Huge shoutout to the crew over at Summit Peak Contracting for knocking this pad out for us the other day!

Now it’s time to let it cure, and as soon as it’s ready we’ll be hitting the ground running and getting this build underway!

The Custer project is almost there! We’re down to the final touches with just the windows and window trim left to go. Unfortunately, the windows have been pushed out a few weeks, so we’ll be back in August to get those wrapped up!

In the meantime, our gutter guys will be out Thursday to install brand-new gutters all the way around the home, and then we’ll let the painters come in and get all of this new siding and exterior finished up!

Good way to wrap up the week! We got the trusses set, both roofs sheeted, and the soffit installed. Next week we’ll be rolling right into the siding and roofing!

Quick progress update! We’ve got everything framed up, and the trusses are going on tomorrow. After that, it’s on to the windows, roofing, and siding to get this project wrapped up. Stay tuned for more progress as we bring this one to life!
