A new standard for adaptive reuse.
Once a century-old meat-packing facility left vacant for nearly twenty years, Armour & Co. has been thoughtfully reimagined — brick by salvaged brick.
Original timber was culled, cleaned, and reintroduced. Historic masonry was hand-cut to welcome new light from above. The façade remained largely untouched, because some things earn the right to stay.
Today, holds twenty residences, two offices & .build, Armour House, POGO, and a rooftop event space — a new chapter written within historic walls.
