We’re hiring! High Country Lumber is looking for a full-time Department Lead – Electrical (The Supply House) to join our retail operations team.

If you have a knack for electrical supplies, love helping customers solve project challenges, and enjoy keeping a department running smoothly, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain The Supply House (Electrical Department), ensuring products are well-stocked, clean, and organized
- Guide customers to the right electrical products and provide top-notch service across the sales floor
- Process inventory, receive incoming shipments, and manage POS cash transactions
- Support daily store operations and safely operate a forklift as needed

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic math, computer, and inventory skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Electrical/hardware product knowledge (preferred but not required)
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
