Just completed this basement finish for a family member! I subbed out labor for drywall hang/tape/texture to a fellow contractor,my cousin did the paint work and I installed the vanity and all the knotty alder millwork on this project. It turned out super nice looking and was refreshing to work with the knotty alder millwork with all the painted materials nowadays, this space will be a very well utilized in the future and love being able to help open up spaces on homes like this one!

This home we installed the cabinetry,millwork and fabricated a custom storage bench and mantle from scratch onsite. This project turned out absolutlely beautiful and we couldnt have been happier with the outcome, such thoughtful design at every turn and details packed into every room. This home will be an absolute show stopper for the spring parade of homes this year and we were proud to have a part in it! Well! Thats 11,000 sq ft of home millwork pack 1st phases installed in 10 days or so with a 1 man installer and one beautiful lady helper😅 61 solid core doors, about a mile of casing 50+ windows cased and 21 window sills later! stay tuned for these gorgeous one of a kind homes in future posts! Just completed this beautiful custom railing recently, Turned out super nice!

These jobs are the fun ones, often times the kind you will only do a time or 2 and never see again. Takes alot of planning and details to insure every single step comes out perfectly and everything aligns. These are the jobs that make me enjoy being a carpenter, the ones that make me think and excercise my experience and knowledge as a interior carpenter. Can say this is my first time doing a railing with a floating rail section but turned out super beautiful! If you are a local builder in need of beautiful custom features like these in your home, lets talk!
