Where to start on this project. 175’ of 2x3’ pavers for a walkway. Dog area by house. 80 yards of dirt spread out and graded in pasture. Partial retaining wall removed and graded out. Rocks around house in bare spots. Side driveway graded and compacted. Great project and went extremely smooth!!

Knocked out a gutter dry well the other day. The existing drain ran across the property line onto the neighbors property and dumped into her backyard. 🤷‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️. Re routed it and empties into a tank that lets it soak into the ground. Clean rock under it and all of it is wrapped in road barrier to keep the dirt out.

Another good size demo completed. Thank you to Solutions Plus for the project. Dug up the sewer line and it was capped by the plumber, and demolished the house and shed. Backfilled the crawlspace and compacted it. Added some shale and compacted that and then some road barrier. More shale and compacted that and then 15 yds of 1 1/2”-road mix to create a parking area. Multiple city inspections and just waiting on my final one this week. Fun project but lots of extras went into it. The pad is strong enough to build a house on it now! 😄

Also this week, a house is coming down and a parking pad is moving in!
