Full kitchen remodel from floor to ceiling, including new lighting. Repaired rotted subfloor, new vinyl planks, new cabinets, new countertop, new sink,faucet, and plumbing , new range hood. Wallpaper removed, and walls and ceiling painted. This kitchen turned out great.

The hole that kept being repaired and stuffed. This time I replaced a section of the drywall, installed some brackets, attached the drywall, mud, and repainted the repaired area. I installed a rubber door stop so this will not happen again and again. What hole? I don't see one. 😁😁😁

The customer requested to remove this partition that was just in the middle of the living room and kitchen. It made their home feel small because it was in a weird area in-between the rooms and it took up a lot of space. The partition couldn't be fully removed because it houses the chimney for the furnace. But it was shrunken down and now the living room and kitchen is more open, and has a better flow.

Be careful out there. My father lives in an old Victorian home with water radiator heating, he heard a loud boom and noticed the heating was not right. He called a HVAC company and they came out said it was a total boiler system failure. They quote him a ductless 2 zone system for $20k or a new force air central heating system for $50k. I went out and looked at it. I guess all companies care about today is the mighty $$$. They just want to sell systems, make massive money, and are too lazy to actually diagnose. The only thing that failed was this red circulation pump. This part retails for $1000. I switched it out and the old heating system works like new again.

Removed cracked and rotted concrete utility tub, and replaced with plastic utility tub. The main drain was cleaned out, shut off valves installed, and I upgraded the old crazy spider web plumbing.
