When this one is finished it will have a rock/travertine spa, raised area with rock/travertine firepit , custom brick walls to conceal equipment , auto cover, travertine coping , led lighting, two sidewalks with over 12-4’ stepdowns to accommodate access to the basement and the raised firepit area, total control salt system , heated and chilled water , and over 40 yards of concrete !
