Another job completed.
Took out old countertops - Depot Granite installed new ones, plumbed new sinks and faucets.
Repaired and painted walls (painted not shown).
Installed new backsplash in kitchen.
Removed and rebuilt rear panel on island. Island was 2 tier, now 1 level.

Just finished this project for a neighbor.
Replace fiberglass tub/shower to a walk in shower (4ft x 2ft tiles). Replaced toilet with ADA height toilet and added height to the vanity.

Finished 1st phase of current project.Last work for 2024.New master bathroom with double vanity, shower, tub and toilet....

Finished 1st phase of current project.
Last work for 2024.
New master bathroom with double vanity, shower, tub and toilet. Electric under floor heating. New electrics, lighting, extractor fan, plumbing, sheetrock, tile floor.
New bathroom window in Master bath.
Moved outside faucet.
Added stringers to basement stairs and repaired drywall, so New flooring could go in.
Tiled wall in lounge to look like chimney.

Latest rooms on current project finished.New closet, new 1/2 Bath and new understirs doggie den.

Been very busy...
Ripped out kitchen and rebuilt. Added new pantry.
New lighting and outlets.

Redone upstairs bedroom... moved doorways, moved plumbing and electrical wires.

Just finished laying 3ft x 3ft floor tile.

Still working on new master bathroom and 1/2 bath.
