Update! This home went under contract within 24 hours.

Yesterday we tackled this yard makeover for a friend of a friend who wasn’t getting any traction on her listing. You couldn’t see the creek from the porch and that was the objective. We also used logs and rocks to create paths to the creek, pruned bushes out front, then freshened up everything with a truckload of mulch. It’s not our day to day work but a perfect fill in for a rainy day when we couldn’t access either of our other job sites. We got soaked all day, but we didn’t get hot!

This riverside retreat came together fast. In just 12 hours, we installed a custom natural stone fire pit area, complete with a set of stone steps leading down to the water’s edge.

Coopers Creek project! 🎣

This creek access was in need of a safer, more durable path to the water, so we installed Rosetta irregular steppers with river rock borders for added reinforcement and erosion control. The natural stone look fits right in along the creek bank while providing solid footing for years to come.

One of the best parts of this job was getting to enjoy the finished product ourselves. After wrapping up, we brought our boys and pups down to the creek and spent some time fishing for trout. It’s hard to beat a day where work ends with family, dogs, and a fishing rod in hand.
